This is a unique chance to widen your Permaculture design skills and understanding while connecting to the land & yourself through nature connection practices.

This course introduces you to techniques and exercises for deepening your connection to a site for better site assessment and understanding. This connection will then inform and guide you through the design process to achieve more regenerative and site appropriate designs.

In addition to this, through discussions, exercises and hands-on work, you will expand your toolbox of Design techniques tools, and experience through real life design challenges. The course venue, Mas Pujou

Permaculture Facilitator:
Rico Zook, Permaculture Designer, Consultant & Educator
As well as creating and working with a wide variety of landbased systems in all types of climatic environments, Rico brings over 40 years of experience in nature to his work. For the past 20 years he has been a Permaculture practitioner working with private individuals, farmers, villagers and local organizations in northern New Mexico, India, Cambodia, Spain, the middle-east and other parts of the world.

Mr. Zook is a graduate of Sonoma State University, from which he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies focused on land restoration, with minors in Biology and Philosophy.

Nature Connection Facilitator:
Kate Curtis, Some years ago Kate started taking steps to transition into a simpler lifestlyle- following a call to live closer to nature, connect to the spirit of the land, and re- skill in order to support a more sustainable way of life.
A trained yoga teacher, author and artist, she is inspired to combine deep ecology and nature connection creatively with practical permaculture tools., and is passionate about creative facilitation and eco-education for children. She believes another way is possible!

Permacultur Co-facilitator:
Roman Eisenkoebl, Permaculture Designer, and Educator
Roman has been studying and living in Permaculture projects and communities for the last 7 years which brought him to a diverse range of projects, countries, climates, cultures and people all over the planet.
He has lived, worked and learned in places like Africa, India, Nepal, Thailand, the Caribbean, Portugal, Spain and Australia. He participated, co-organized and co- facilitated 13 PDC Courses.
