Permaculture opportunity in Dubai

Help offered and help wanted

I'm leaving Dubai in June and heading off later in the year to Chile and Argentina to continue working towards my Diploma in Permaculture. I would like to learn and help out with projects on my travels, so if anyone needs a willing pair of hands and a willing heart, please get in touch.

However I feel a little sad to abandon my permaculture inspired garden at a school in Dubai, especially now the soil fertility is really beginning to reap edible rewards. If anyone lives in the area and has the time to take over stewardship and further development of the 10 x 10m garden, I may be able to arrange it for you. There is so much potential here.

It is good to find another permi in UAE and really admire you to be able to start a project in such a short time after your PDC.

I have been living in Al Ain The green city of UAE It took me almost a year to find a school that was interested in building a school garden part of their sustainability education program. I have finished the design and we are starting the construction soon. your project is a little far away from me, but i am in touch with a lady who i met her in IPC10 in Jordan, lives in Dubai . She will be coming back from her holiday at the end of the month , I am sure she would love to take over from you.I will put her in touch with you. cheers
