(projects i'm involved in)
My university background is Cultural studies. After graduating in 2003 I was a journalist for a few years, then worked for an IT company as a process manager. In 2006 I had founded a NGO called the Green School Village in Bulgaria which became a member of the Global Ecovillage Network (GEN) the next year. The current state of the NGO is a group of people working around the country on various projects like Permaculture, building with natural materials and education. I started my Permaculture journey in 2009 when I went through an Introduction to Permaculture course in Permaship, Bulgaria with Doug Crouch as a teacher. The next year I got involved in the creation of the Baltic-Balkan Permaculture network and had organised an exchange of good practices in natural building, gardening and nutrition from a Permaculture point of view in Bulgaria. In the late autumn in 2010 I passed my first PDC in Istanbul, Turkey with Bill Mollison and Geoff Lawton. The next year I spent one month case study of Vale Da Lama in Portugal. The same year - 2011, I did my second PDC with Darren J. Doherty near to Athens, Greece. Year 2012 I dedicated to do a 9 months study visit with my partner in Australia and New Zealand, and had worked in places like Melliodora of David Holmgren and Su Dennett, the Food forest of Annemarie and Graham Brookman, and the Purple pear of Mark Brown and Kate Beveridge. In 2012 the Green School Village became a member of the European Permaculture Teachers' (EPT) partnership. Since the summer of 2013 I am involved in a teaching Permaculture project for the Bulgarian kinder gardens and universities (with a perspective to go into the schools next year), and designing educational permaculture gardens for them. I am also a writer - introducing Permaculture to the Bulgarian public. In the autumn of 2013 I passed a Teachers training with Rosemary Morrow in Mas Franch, Spain. Currently I am also part of the organisers team of the European Permaculture Convergence (EuPC) 2014 which is going to be in Bulgaria - www.eupc.eu
