Graham is one of Australia’s foremost Permaculture designers and teachers.
He specialised in horticulture at Roseworthy Ag College where he developed a healthy scepticism for exploitative land-use systems and marvelled at the effectiveness of geese in controlling grassy weeds.
He and his partner Annemarie have created a sustainable home on their 15 hectare, certified-organic permaculture property, The Food Forest, at Gawler which attracts thousands of visitors, including many students and WWOOFers (willing workers on organic farms)
Graham and Annemarie have been demonstrating the practical results of well-designed homes, gardens, water systems and energy capture for 25 years.
Graham is passionately involved in the Gawler area, in restoring the local ecosystem along the Gawler River and striving for environmentally sensible planning decisions through local and state governments.
