Based on the international system of the Permaculture Research Institute, the Chilean system is adapted to the South American context and forms a basis that other institutes in the continent can modify and use.
Applicants are required to submit a portfolio fo documentation detailing at least 2 projects they have completed in addition to evidence validating their teaching and designing experience from permaculture mentors and students.
Until now the availability of teacher registration for spanish speakers has not been readily available.
