A recent trip to South east asia inspired us to write a guide for providing food at an economical level in an urban dwelling. We wrote How to build food forests in an urban yard as an insight into Forest ecology and adapting edible plants into the design.

We also would like to thank Geoff Lawton and Permaculture Research Institute for their educative DVD's and website which has given us drive to create our own Food Forest in Western Sydney.
