(projects i'm involved in)
Calgary based urban farmer currently pursuing a permaculture design certificate with Rob Avis of Verge Permaculture.
Makes a career as a construction safety officer, estimator and project manager for a utility infrastructure contractor.
Currently trying to establish the permaculture philosophy to his home and lifestyle one project at a time. A greenhouse is currently under construction with raised wicking beds, an attached chicken coop and possibly a beehive for next year.
Feeling a little overwhelmed at times with the state of things and how much one must accomplish to remove the dependency on fossil fuels and imported food. But many little successes will inevitably lead to a giant leap.
Cheers!
