Aardwerk and STENAPA - the National Park management organisation on St Eustatius aka Statia - just signed a three-year contract to provide a Permanaut in Residence programme to make the Botanical Gardens into a productive system, supplying basis needs for the staff as well as providing organic produce and forest products from the 5 ha property on the eastern slopes of the Quill (Kuil) volcano.
Applications for volunteers and inters in various fields of expertise and varying degrees of competency are welcome at leo@aardwerk.org.
