The first meeting onsite was a beautiful day where we chatted, shared ideas and chatted some more untill we agreed on the elements to be included and the action to be taken.
The site is fairly uneven from previous gardens so we decided to get the site levelled and cleared to avoid any unwanted ankle rollings and to save weeks of clearing guinea grass. For the initial outlay we feel it will provide safer access over the site and provide valuable compost material.
After a fresh healthy snack it was onto the innaugural composting!
Adding layers and layers of available manure, mulch, hay, food scraps and plenty of desmodium (local rampant leguminous groundcover)
