Will is a Permaculture Consultant and designer in an area of North Carolina which has been hit really hard by the economic decline. Will's goal is to teach the people of small communities about Permaculture and try to help farmers make better choices with existing farm land and provide a better knowledge how polyculture systems work.
A trip to the Pacific Northwest was what interested Will in Permaculture. Alderleaf Wilderness College is where he first heard and studied Permaculture. It was the Replication of nature's design that really peaked his interest there. How do you replicate Nature to benefit in food production? He was hooked with the notion that this is part of what Permaculture is and has not stoped researching.
Now on the east coast in North Carolina, tucked into the base of the Appalachians, He is studying Aquaculture, Solar systems, and natural and alternative building. He is currently working on a family members property, designing a completely efficient small 2 acre farm called Camp Creek Farms in Union Mills North Carolina. This small farm is designed around the special Diet that the Client has per doctors orders for Hashimotos's disease.
