Hi there. The name's Ben, and my background is in media production and being a somewhat decent soccer player.

I'm not sure how I discovered permaculture, but I recall a great excitement and incredible sense of relief when it entered my awareness. I consumed loads of books for about 2-3 years before finally completing my PDC in February 2013 on Koh Phangan, Thailand.

This Fall I will participate in a two-month internship at The Farm in Summertown, TN.

Somewhere along the lines I'd like to become a certified permaculture teacher, develop a master site and, eventually, help organize a Permaculture Research Institute in Georgia.
