After studying chemistry and international relations at Bristol University and I came into contact with permaculture 12 years ago when travelling Latin America.

I was inspired to do a PDC in Spain with Steve Charter and Wim at EcoForest in 2004.

In 2005 I started a Permaculture research centre in central Portugal focusing on creating forest garden, natural building techniques (especially straw bale), soil regeneration, off grid solar and hyrdo renewable energy systems and community building.

In 2007 I started my Diploma in Permaculture with Lesley Martin as my tutor and started to co teach PDC´s with her since 2008.

I completed my Diploma with the UK Permaculture Association in 2010 in central Portugal having my accreditation event in central Portugal.

In 2011 I completed my Portuguese Training for Trainers qualification. I gave my first PDC as main teacher with Annie Johnson in Portuguese.

Since 2013 I have been involved in creating a Permaculture Academy in Portugal. More soon.
