(projects i'm following)
I have together with my husband bought a small, steap farm in the fjords on Norway in 2003. We have been studying natural farming since 2001, and have learned alot of permaculture ways of seeing things before actually knowing it was permaculture.
We went to a permaculture course in Norway i 2006 - 2007, and have worked with those methods on our farm ever since.
We want to make our farm a research place and inspiration place for permaculture methods in western Norway. These areas are very steap, even steaper that Sepp Holzers place(?)......and the land streches from the fjord up to 700m above. We find it very interesting to explore and find out more about how to make sustainable systems in these steap hills. The area is very fertile, and the amount of different species is amazing!
Still places left on the Permaculture Design Exercise Weekend in beautiful Hardanger! A great course for those who wish to do permaculture in practice to learn more!
