Vic is an expatriate Australian citizen living full-time in India since 1996. Vic has been proactively involved in advocating permaculture design systems and methodologies for more than 40 years, in Australia, India and Nepal.
Vic founded the Permaculture India in year 2008, the WWOOF Club also in 2008, the Delhi Organic Farmers Market in 2012, and more recently the Organic Consumers Association of India (OCAI) in January 2023.
He is also highly regarded in the fields of international immigration, law and education services. Vic has launched several schools & educational institutions in India, and currently delivers permaculture & sustainability lectures as a visiting faculty member at the GD Goenka University In Gurugram, India.
He was previously involved with formation of the Australian grassroots organisation "Down to Earth" movement as a signatory on their 1976 charter (launched by Jimmy Cairns) and active with "Friends of the Earth" (in Melbourne) in the early days of their inception.
Vic currently lives in the southern-most reaches of Delhi, India (near the Asola forests) along with his youngest daughter Gracie Mae.
