I started as an accountant in my career, had a proprietary business of imports of decorative stainless steel sheets and simultaneously was a consultant for industrial projects with a market research outfit.

I then went on to complete my first PDC with Rico Zook and Jeremiah Kidd with Steve McGrane as the co-teacher. I also completed an online PDC with Geoff Lawton. Now, our small three acre homestead 'Chaitraban' is being retrofitted to a permaculture design for the last three years and now boasts of four permaculture zones on site, animal integrated compost systems, main crop beds on contour and the place is almost ready as a venue to host courses. While it is a place to relax and rejuvenate, it also is an experiment ground for me while I design sustainable homesteads, farms and gardens professionally for clients. Chaitraban serves as a showcase for all the systems I incorporate in client's designs. I am enjoying the journey as I design and learn more.

I am now working on my Diploma in Applied Permaculture Design and I hope to discover myself as I go about designing my learning pathway.
