I believe we can positively affect our community and ecosystem by observing natural systems and replicate what nature teaches us in a beneficial multifunction design. This can be from teaching children to restoring a watershed. This is my passion in life, seeking patterns in nature and replicating them while using as few resources
as possible and in turn benefiting all.
Experience:
San Isidro Permaculture, Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA 2000-Present, Owner and operator of a design and installation company working locally and internationally focusing on Permaculture Design including erosion control & land restoration, native green building, grey water installation,
rainwater catchment, edible landscaping, and sustainability consulting. Projects range in scale from small holding to broad acreage. Clients include private individuals, communities, governments, aid organizations, NGOs, foundations and companies. Guest speaker at workshops on Permaculture and sustainability topics.

Southwest Sufi Community - Site analysis and design for a 2,000 acre intentional community.
Los Alamos Watershed Restoration - Broad-scale erosion control structures and restoration of native plants and grasses after the Cerro Grande wildfire of 2000. Contracted by the US Government Department of Energy.
Forked Lightening Ranch - Design and installation of erosion control gabions, native species re-vegetation, rainwater catchment system and pumice wick infiltration.
