Cowran Estate, is a small country estate in the southern Lake District, UK; home to Magic Orchard music festival, nominated for four UK Festival Awards 2015; Cowran Care, a registered charity running our care farm & training centre; Cowran Media, our new in house production company; and Cowran Estate Farm Shop, selling a range of our estate produced meats, organic fruit & veg, and our range of natural organic household & personal products; we operate as a complete & sustainable system, reducing our impact wherever possible. Permaculture is the future, and we are working towards our entire system being based upon it.
