Ta-Valema Permaculture Farm:

Ta-Valema Permaculture Farm is situated on a 20 acres of land secured in the Eastern Province of Sierra Leone, in Kenema District, in Gorama Mende Chiefdom, Sierra Leone Foundation for New Democracy is working to develop a permaculture farm that will support a holistic approach to sustainable farming and rural development in Sierra Leone. Ta-Valema is a Mende language word which simply translated will mean, a source of growth, or a place where something grows, or a point of germination.
