In August 2010 the young couple left their jobs, family and friends behind to explore sustainable lifestyles. During their journey around Europe, North and South America they met many amazing people who dared to change and live differently. Sharing their experience, they want encourage others to do the same.       
In their workshop Joanna and Franck will introduce you as well to permaculture, a concept that can help you to use the force of nature that is in you and around you....              

In their 3h workshop you will learn about

• Permaculture ethics, principles and design for sustainability, with a focus on the flower of permaculture
• Natural agriculture, with a focus on agroforestry, edible landscapes and urban agriculture
• Eco-construction and renewable energy, with examples of eco-housing, solar technology and biodigester
• Education and culture, presenting an ecological school and a pedagogic farm
• Health and well-being, with a focus on herbology and feng-shui
• Money and finance with examples of ethic investment, microfinance, cooperatives…
• Governance and land access with examples of an incubator farm and an eco-quartier
• Sustainable cities presenting the transition town movement and ecovillages
