I'm here to declare Permaculture is reaching the mainstream and is no longer a "fringe" movement. Evidence? I decided to sell my property in search of a much larger project. My realtor felt no one would be interested in a yard that appeared wild and overgrown with nearly no lawn and all the "upkeep" of edibles. TEN days, 33 showings, and 4 over-the-asking-price offers later and my project has new owners ready to carry it forward with permie dreams of their own.
