New "Transitional Design" Request

I have been requested to provide a design and project estimates for a suburban "transitional" property.

The couple who own this property had no knowledge of Permaculture prior to my speaking with them.  They are not sure they would like to go "full out" Permaculture, but are interested in hearing more.  This work will be done Pro Bono to enhance my design skills.
