I spend my days working as a Linux engineer and architecting a distributed platform which enables machines to learn. It's only natural that I'm heavily invested in the open source movement and permaculture...right?
I became interested in permaculture after finding my way back to nature after years of living in various cities around the States. It started with me trying to reconnect with my upbringing, which featured a large garden. I started dabbling in planting small plots and quickly realized that there had to be a better way of getting more yield with lower input. Not only did I recognize this in my garden, but my day to day. The research led me to permaculture.
Currently I'm organizing a community/ecovillage in the Middle Tennessee area where permaculture is one of the core values. I'm learning as much as I can and hope to one day teach these ideas to as many people as I can reach. Feel free to contact me if you are interested in hearing more about our community.
