I'd read enough good things in enough different places about the online PDC taught by Geoff Lawton that I had to sign up. I'm anxious, excited, and already have learned a ton of interesting things just from forum comments from my classmates. Things that will help in our property search (Sun Seeker app for my iphone is huge for property analysis, alone).  

Now of course, the trick will be to keep up with it all, start organizing the data and information I gather, and keep up with the class.
