I'm a chef-turned-trainee farmer, currently helping my friend Carl start a sustainable farm, using permaculture principles (along with any other good ideas we feel fit under the permaculture 'umbrella' such as holistic management, Elaine Ingham's soil food web, keyline farming etc.).
