I have worked for most of my life in the education system, in England, Belgium, Tanzania and The Netherlands.
I became interested in permaculture 2007, shortly after discovering the Transition Town movement. In 2008 I began developing my back garden along permacutuur lines, and ended up with a small food forest.
in 2011 I completed my PDC at the Permacultuur Centrum Zutphen. Sinds 2011 I have been active in the development of community gardens in and around Zwolle, including two permaculture community gardens which I designed and continue to develop and faciliate.
Sinds 2014 I have been working as a pdc teacher at the Permacultuur Centrum Zutphen.
