Kieran Sikdar has over 15 years of experience working on stormwater management and natural resource challenges using decentralized, green infrastructure, and regenerative solutions. Kieran is a motivated professional building water security through creative program development, innovative design, policy practices, skillful stakeholder engagement, and effectual training. He is certified as an Engineer-In-Training, Envision Sustainability Professional, Floodplain Manager, Water Harvesting Professional and a Permaculture Designer. He currently serves on the Pima County Regional Flood Control District Advisory Committee.
Kieran has Master’s Degrees in Civil Engineering and Operations Research and a Bachelor’s Degree in Integrated Systems Engineering from Ohio State University. Kieran brings a passion for natural systems as a framework for engineering design and problem solving. Kieran’s work is grounded at the intersection of engineering design, community planning and visioning, policy development, and quality of life for all beings. He has worked at the home-scale to the basin-scale in watershed planning and engineering design, focusing on regenerative solutions.
