I have managed several different Restaurants, two witch were awarded 1 Star in the Guide Micheline. I founded my own company 2005 a organic store focussed on organic skincare and natural organic high quality perfumes which I make as a self tot perfumer. In the store we also have a small raw food restaurant joint with a Japanese tea bar. 100% organic products. I sold my company in the summer of 2011 after 6 years to take on the most inspiring gastronomic restaurant I have ever seen and we work only with Biodynamic products, truly magical.
Permaculture connected me with the deep feeling of loving the earth and the urgent need to inspire my self and others to do something permanent and self improving over time.
I use the skills I learned to make connections in my daily life and work to implement the principles and live to learn new and remember old things.
