Recently graduated in Water Management (Cranfield University), I had the opportunity to attend a Permaculture Design Course in Devon. I also had an interesting project in Burkina Faso for the implementation of a rainwater harvesting system and worked in Madagascar for a 6 weeks research project on urban sanitation. I am actually working as a Research Assistant at the Centre for Alternative Technology on a worm-based sanitation system, as well as on an evaporation system.
My first experience with permaculture was not convincing but after some research later on it became a natural interest as part of my wish to help both communities and environment, creating a better place to live in. I then decided to attend a Permaculture Design Course and everything just got clearer.
I wish to get involved in Permaculture projects locally, learn more about organic gardening, forest gardens, natural building, etc. and in 'developing countries', my graduations and experiences in water & sanitation and development could be advantageous.
