Co-owner of Atitlan Organics, a small-scale permaculture farm on the shores of Tzununa, Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. My husband and I moved onto the land in 2010 and have been developing it ever since. Currently home to hundreds of species including fruit trees, herbs, tubers, greens, goats, chickens, bees, and pollinators galore! We also run permaculture and natural building courses.
