I'm an industrial design student at University of Cincinnati, currently working for a permaculture education non-profit This-Land.Org. We are just getting started, and are in the process of establishing curriculum and scheduling classes. I studied under Braden Trauth, Doug Crouch, and Sam Dunlap to earn my PDC, our final project being the Dater Montessori school garden in Westwood, Cincinnati.
I initially became interested in permacutlutre as an off shoot of my design studies. I am interested in the application of PC principles to the current industrial design model. I guess you could say that I'm an aspiring post-industrial designer.
You maybe surprised to find that Cincinnati is becoming a permaculture hotspot in the mid-west! PM me if you want to lean more about whats going on in Cinci and experience our growing vibrant community!
