I grew up in Kansas. I have no experience in anything involving permaculture. Have never gardened, started a compost pile, or anything like that.

I am currently attending a PC design course. I got turned on to PC after visiting Factor E Farm in Missouri and talking to one of the guys that was volunteering at the time.

I have about 1/3-1/2 of an acre on a house that will be rented out to college students. I am hoping I can work something out with them and even have them do some of the labor. If I can setup the systems properly, we could have a very productive food forest and be able to share the harvest, as well as, allow the kids to get a sense of what PC is all about. We need to be educating these young, impressionable students so they can become involved with PC for life!
