Hi I'm Danny currently based in Busselton, Southwest Australia. I discovered Permacuture at the end of 2014 where I just happened to see the word on a farm fence, I was also working next to a local Permaculture group building unbeknownst that I'd stare at everyday. Curious I looked up what it was about. That week I resigned from my job. I already had interest in organic farming and the fruit and vegan lifestyles so it made sense to dive into Permaculture.
I then completed my Permacuture study's and also completed study in Horticulture in the latter where I learnt much about what not to do. But this just reinforced what I already knew about creating a more diverse natural system where problems take care of themselves.
I'm building on the current Permaculture idea's as I can see a crossover into the vegan lifestyle. I think if we are going to such efforts to create our natural food forests and gardens why would we then need to be eating animals. If we design our way to abundance eating fruits, roots and vegetables it should be effortless and the need to eat animals would only comes out of sheer necessity like in nature.
I'm also learning and using natural farming inputs like those used in Korea, Asia and Hawaii to further encourage success.
It's an amazing thing to have an understanding of natural systems and I wish to share and help people see the empowering benefits that Permaculture can offer.
