One Saturday morning, at my local food Co-Op, (where I work as produce assistant) I heard Jesse Watson (look him up on this site) talking about Permaculture. It really resonated with me. I started searching the internet and found a class not too far away, in Portland, Maine. I managed to scrape together the money I needed for the class.

I finished my PDC in 2011.. and am in the process of implementing my design for my homestead here in Maine. I am also beginning to teach Permaculture basics, medicine wheel gardens and herb circles to first time permaculture gardeners. I hope to add children's classes and medicine walks also.

I am really interested in water in the landscape, not only in areas of drought, but right here in Maine.
