Barb Haigwood has been farming on many different levels from homesteading to large production and from conventional to beyond organics for the last 23 years. Her passions include small scale alternative and natural ways of doing things and then sharing them with others. She and her husband Mike own Real Life Consulting where they consult people with many aspects of farming and life skills using Permaculture thinking with Holistic management planning. They also teach many homesteading skill workshops in Maryland. They like to get people to think outside the box and find out what they truly want and how to achieve the life they want.
