Through the education of unemployed persons me and my wife Petra started using allotments in different courses in our German company. Mainly to show and learn the unemployed how to grow their own food to save money and live healthier. In the investigation on how to treat the earth organic my wife started reading about permaculture and implemented it soon in the allotment gardens.

In 2011 we decided to take a big step and made the plan to move to the Island Ærø in Denmark in 2014 (my home country) bought a Farmhouse and started planning our Permaculture Garden and a Soup Restaurant. which we have been working very hard on since 2012. We opened the Garden for visitors in 2013 and are opening the soup restaurant at the end of June 2014.
We give Guided tours in our Garden, and are developing courses we plan to start this year as well.
