I is mainly about: permaculture design, living off grid, building with natural materials (cob, light clay, wood, stone), eating wild edibles and gardening, building cob oven, rocket mass heater, hot tube, solar shower, solar dehydrator, composting toilets, vermicomposting, rainwater harvesting, living willow structures and many more.
