Somerset, UK, at Nicole Rose's (author of ' The Prisoners Herbal Guide') BrookeEnd Farm. Teaching alongside Graham Burnett on a Vegan and plant based PDC for 2 weeks. As well as the usual Permaculture Design Certificate recommended syllabus as suggested by PRI, we further covered alternatives animal systems and their replacements in a design system. Graham, a poineer in his own right has been practicing and teaching Permaculture for over 20+ years and is a veteran vegan activist. His take on the potential for Vegan systems thinking was new and refreshing, hsi breadth of knowledge astounding. Very grateful to have been asked to teach alonside both Nicole and Graham, providing inside into the world of Fungi and the Soil Food Web, and Arid Climate Permaculture.
