Passive solar strawbale home, barn, yurt, sauna, and other buildings, well, electricity (both solar and grid), irrigated pasture, mature orchard, organic garden, etc.
A very private, and beautiful place. Also has a beautiful unique old oak grove.
Comes with 25 acres minimum and up to approx. 100 acres if more acreage is desired
