For the past few years I've been developing a site in the high country of New Zealand's South Island. The site has a hut with two bunk beds c/w rocket mass heater, and a long drop compost toilet. About a year ago I was diagnosed with an agressive onset of MS, and since October last year I've been to the site twice. As things look I wont be heading back there much. 

The long and the short of it is I want keep the property and offer it to people to use, no charge, with perhaps a bit of maintenaince work as payment. 

I've got a few gardens going, plus have been experimenting with terraces which are planted in berry, fruit and nut frees.
