means Nature
it is a Trust
1- to save forest and rocks from mining maffia who
blast, steal, run
2- educate young locals- its an extra curricular school for underpriveledged kids from 5different nearby school zones. We have 50 students under 16 and they are here to learn about the wisdom and values of nature, inner creativity and confidence, conscienciousness, waste management, eco resposibility, bio diversity.
3- reverse monoculture damage. sometime in past 20 years the native forest was cut down and Amazone tree rubber plantation started. Owner has acknowledged the damage this causes to soil erosion, the sadness for loss of ageold mangoes and cashew trees and the sad unprofitable truth about rubber industry, plus also waste.
owner has agreed to remove rubber and plant all biodiversity local native and revive the forest!
4- revive native stream! mining maffia blocked native stream! It is dry now and we wish to find it and dig it open so it can flow again
And much much more......
ill be editing and updating this.
This is my first entry, try out.
the Trust has a website but currently out of order.
right now huge land, lots of kids, few funds, talkative older folk board, and 1 international volunteer who believes with right network and contacts, you are welcome to come and stay here to share!
Basically you can stay here free of cost, room and food, provided you would be willing to either 1- teach basic permaculture to adults and kids, 2- help us plan and design the area, 3- help us get our hands in the soil and make things happen
:)
