Corey Schmidt : looks like you could use some swales and biomass/shade/fertility producing trees like edible acacias or other N fixers. that landscape was probably a lush forest or maybe live oak savanna b4 clearing for grazing in the past resulting in soil degradation good luck

James Everett : I have plenty of Mesquite growing up in this also down in the Draw has more lush plants growing. Though as money permits I will be going in with swales to go along.
