Our Farm to Fork adult series of cooking classes teaches you how to prepare dishes using seasonal produce you would find at your local farmer's market or growing in your backyard! We'll begin with a sensory exploration of The Ecology Center's orchard, veggie and herb gardens, and end with the preparation and enjoyment of a meal.
Join Us on July 17 from 6 to 9 PM in this hands on cooking class to learn how to harvest fennel pollen and seeds, cure grape leaves, and make the following summer season dishes:
Watermelon Mint Agua Fresca
Cherry and Apricot Mostarda
Zucchini Noodles with Basil Pesto
Corn Fritters with Cucumber Relish
Chard and Grape Leaf Dolmas en Papillote
Peach Lavender & Honey Ice Cream
*Become an Advocate of The Ecology Center to receive member discounts. Plus, after you complete 5 workshops and 5 eco actions, you are eligible to receive 1 free workshop!
