We are indeed growing!  In less than two months, what had begun to appear as an ill-conceived idea has now completely turned around, and is heading full-steam into the most innovative and integrative course program I and all who are assisting can imagine!

This course has been developing over the past few months, as we offered a weekend "Design Your Home Foodscape" course, aimed at the Suburban "food not lawns" audience.  Before I knew it, there was enough interest, not to mention new digs for our classes--Sol Terra Wellness Center, less than 3 miles away!

The very first weekend of that class there were students interested in a PDC, and we stumbled across a local organic market, where the owners were ecstatic about the idea of starting a community garden project, so we are off!

This past weekend, our intro class broke ground at the new garden site--installing a hugelkulture bed, we learned about building soil and community!
