last fall i started my small scale forest garden, planted in about 27 canopy fruiting trees,10 fruiting and n-fix bushes, some herbaceus perennial useful plants and planty annual vegetables in the space between the others and started a nursery of perennials to plant next year. in the meanwhile thank of permaculture i lived more noticing and using natural inputs, such as noticing the cycle of seasons, living through sun cycle, eating preferring more natural stuff than first; then spontaneusly happend that i started to notice more life aroud me, such as birds, insects and of course slugs. With the help of a dear friend of mine,i've been collecting different wild foraging plants used a lot in the past and less in present with the purpose to increase biodiversity of edibles. water and heat are critical points here in Vallescuropasso but i'm plannig some things to do with it.
