Our regular meeting was postponed until May 12th, when the official results of the 2014 Sustainability Fund recipients would be announced.

On that day, we learned our project would be funded and so, we have enthusiastically begun!

Yesterday, June 1st, we had our inaugural session and groundbreaking: we planted 3 hascap berry bushes and 3 comfrey plants. Not much, but a start! We also laid out the plans for the no-dig beds, which we will be creating soon, as well as (hopefully!) installing a rain barrel from a neighboring building.
