So I have now moved to Panama and started building as of February.

The foundations and retaining walls are done and I am looking around for a small valley with a spring to make a small project.

The area has taken off as the beach down from my hotel is on the surfing radar. The surfers are very ecologically minded. So I hope they will come to my restaurant.

I am not sure when it will be finished, not soon enough for me. I can then start an aquaponics project for my european herbs.
