I always thought taking my 72 Hour PDC Course would be impossible thanks to not walking very well and being a 24/7 caretaker. However thanks to the miracles of the Internet I am able to take my course online and slowly develop my master plan.
However, I never realized that I would slowly also start getting the backing of the people in town. From the warm inviting help of the people at the library who talk to me about chickens & basil to people who have donated old bathtubs for worm farms I have been welcomed time and time again with inspirational meetings.
Everyone seems to realize here that not only Peak Oil is occuring, but that the way we do Agriculture is not sustainable as well and are interested in what I am doing, how and so forth. I find this openess very inspiring for the future, and like a Hummingbird I am just going to keep doing my best for all of us.
